Type 1, commonly known as the Reformer, tends to approach the world through standards, responsibility and an awareness of how things could be improved. Ones often notice the distance between how something currently is and how they believe it ought to be.
Type 2, commonly known as the Helper, tends to approach relationships through attentiveness, contribution and responsiveness to other people's needs. Twos often notice what would make another person feel supported, appreciated or cared for and may become highly skilled at providing it.
